WHERE IS MY ORDER?

ALL ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES ARE ON THE MAIN PRODUCT PHOTOS. SOME ITEMS ARE PREORDERS (DELAYED SHIPPING), OTHERS ARE READILY AVAILABLE TO SHIP AND IN STOCK. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT INCLUDES YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

YES.  WE ALLOW EXCHANGES OF ANY ITEM YOU RECEIVE THAT DOES NOT MATCH THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED. IF YOU CANNOT FIT THE SIZE YOU ORDERED, YOU MAY EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER ONLY IF WE HAVE YOUR DESIRED SIZE IN STOCK. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS RECEIVED.  THE ITEM TO BE EXCHANGED MUST BE RETURNED TO US (POSTMARKED AND SHIPPED) WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED.  BOBD WILL EMAIL YOU THE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
